Full face mask for respiratory protection.
Made of thermoplastic rubber and silicone rubber.
The special construction regulates the controlled flow of hot and cold air inside the mask to avoid anti-fogging of the visor.
Connector with RD40 thread (universal) according to EN 148-1.
Visor optical class 1 (EN 166), which allows a panoramic field of view without optical distortions.
It is anti-scratch treated and MIL-STD-662F:1997 impact tested (V50 ballistic test for armor).
Harness with 6 fixing points directly on the rigid body of the mask, placed in such a way as not to deform the sealing gasket.
It allows weight distribution without leaving marks on the face.
Compatible with Filter BLS 425 ABEK2P3 or other filters with RD40 thread

Filter 425 is a gas and particle filter that provides protection against contaminating gases and airborne dust. The 425 filter is equipped with a standard threaded connection according to EN 148-1 and can only be used with integral masks that have the same standard connection type.
Filter 425 protects against organic vapors and gases, inorganic gases and vapors and acids, sulfur dioxide, ammonia and ammonia derivatives. The gases will have a boiling point above 65ºC. It can be used with solvents, toxic particles and microorganisms.
It is a class 2 filter (average filtration efficiency) against gases and class 3 (high efficiency) against dust particles.

The 425 filter has the CE mark of EIP category III, as provided by the European Directive 89/686/CEE (in Italy D.Lgs 475/1992) in accordance with the EN14378:2004+A1:2008 standard Italcert (notified body 0426) is responsible for the certification of conformity (art. 10) and for the final control of the products (art. 11B) BLS has a quality management system certified according to ISO 9001:2008.
The 425 filter complies with the provisions of the EN 14387:2004+A1:2008 standard and has been subjected to the tests provided for class 2 gas component and those for class 3, particle component.
5 years (factory sealed): the storage limit is marked on the label and on the box.
Storage conditions: temperature - 10ºC and +50ºC, relative humidity < 70%.
